Terrible!!!!!
Very Rude People. Had a repair man come to see why our washing machine was leaking. He said there were no leaks and nothing to fix. Did a load after he left and it leaked everywhere ruining our brand new hard wood floor and leaking into the apartment below us. When we call to discuss the situation, they hang up on us. The owner is arrogant and a bully.
Disappointed (would not recommend)
Called Amann as the authorized repair company to fix my Dishwasher under warranty. Three failed attempts after which they suggested we start replacing the same parts AGAIN. That was the good part. I couldn't get them to admit to me or Electrolux that it wasn't fixed and the manager was very rude over the phone.
