August 29, 2012my appt at altima was very pleasant and everyone was so friendly. during my cleaning the hygienist (who i had never been to before) asked me several times if i was ok, needed a break or was in any pain. i appreciated her concern about my comfort throughout the appt. thanks!

good service, but uncomfortable chair
August 27, 2012I generally like Altima, I find the dentists and assistants competent; however, my chair was REALLY uncomfortable, and I had to stay in it for 2+ hours. I recommend looking at your chairs, or providing little pillows or something to go underneath (even the dentist commented that the usual headrest was missing)

Excellent Client Care!
August 26, 2012I am a nervous patient and when I was advised of a change in my hygenist - automatic answer was "no" - not ready to face anyone new. Alison took the time to chat with me, ease my fears and I ended up staying for my appointment which was 100% pain free! Alison, thank you for taking the time with a childish patient and making me smile througout it all!!!
