Non-professional

1. Had a stylist there named Jenn - she was terrible.
2. Changed to another stylist - Todd - he was really good.
3. Got a call today to cancel my appointment because Todd is ill, then the owner - Amy - hung up on me. When I called back and asked why, she said she had a call on another line. No apology.
4. Time to go somewhere else!
