I rented a u-haul truck for a saturday. The company is not open on saturday. They e-mailed me and asked if I was willing to pick up the unit on Friday I would not be charged for that day. We had till 5 oclock sunday to return truck, but the lady came in on a sunday at 2 oclock and did not see the truck. So she charged me for Friday-Saturday-Sunday.
