Technician was excellent and seemed like he was very skilled at his job.
He gave us some advice on how to take stains out of the carpet.
He even was able to guess that we had two persian cats without even seeing them. I joked with my wife that he was the "carpet whisperer".

I've hired the Alberta Furnace Cleaning division of this company twice now, the most recent service call being last week. I found things a little confusing this time around because AB Home Services now contracts Fur-Max Professional Services to clean furnaces, so when their truck showed up, I wasn't sure of what to think. It would have been nice to have been told ahead of time.
