This company is the worst to deal with. Please stay away and run as fast as you can.

If you are being sued by albert please read:important

I am in the Law business and can tell you with 100% that any case that ALbert has in SMALL CLAIMS OR HAD past the 2 yr STATUE OF LIMITATION IS WITH UNMERIT AND FICTATIOUS. Here is a similar case that was brought to the SMALL CLAIMS COURT. This will give everyone full access to the law as it is and NOT to what ALbert has been decieving everyone as well as the courts..... Read on:

[11] It is agreed the limitation period under the old Act had not expired by the effective date of the new Act, May 1, 2005. Pursuant to s. 31(5) of the new Act the issue to be decided was whether the claim was not discovered before May 1, 2005 (s. 31(5)(a)) in which case the new Act applied, or if the claim was discovered before May 1, 2005 (s. 31(5)(b)) in which case the old Act applied. If the old Act applied the claim issued May 6, 2009 was within the limitation period of six years.

[12] On the facts in this matter, the invoice of April 27, 2005 was not received by the appellants until after the effective date of the new Act of May 1, 2005, and until the respondent knew or the law deemed he ought to have known the invoice would not be paid in full, the respondent did not suffer any injury, loss or damage, and therefore did not have a claim. If the respondent did not have a claim before the effective date of May 1, 2005, the claim was not discovered before the effective date, and the new Act applied. Section 5 of the new Act states, no proceeding shall be commenced with respect to a claim after two years from the day on which the claim is discovered.

[13] It is not necessary to decide on the facts in this case when exactly the law would hold the respondent ought to have known he had a claim, and therefore discovered it, beyond saying he ought to have known prior to May 6, 2007, a period of almost two years after the unpaid balance was outstanding following the $15,000.00 payment made by the appellants on June 6, 2005. The statement of claim was issued on May 6, 2009 which is in excess of two years after the respondent ought to have known he had a claim. The respondent’s claim was brought after two years from the day on which the claim was discovered, and pursuant to s. 5 no proceeding should have been commenced.
This is the correct STATUE OF LIMITATION AND 6 yrs NO LONGER APPLY............... Albert you have sunk your SHIP......................

STOP ALBERT MC DONAGH from scamming in Small Claims

WARNING; Albert is known as the King of Law Suits and a very well known Slum Lord. It's time that we all STOP Albert and show the public that Albert can no longer push anyone around. This man is well known to fabricate stories in Small Claims so that he can get rich. Well it's time that this man is STOPPED. Albert has been for a very long time, lying to the courts. Albert's scamming has gone as far as to tell the courts that the STATUE OF LIMITATION is 6 years when infact it is ONLY 2 years. Please review the Small Claims Court Rules.... I am now part of a group who is going to show the world that Albert is NOT an honest man, He is the worse landlord who needs to be shut down from ever renting again. He needs to have the book thrown at him by all the JUDGES. I'm very sure that when the judges at small claims recieve the legel information on the STATUE OF LIMITATION, his cases will be thrown out along with him. There is enough legal proof to prove that Albert has been covering the judges eyes and NO Judge appreciate's having someone as him pull any illegal suit into their court.. I have a very good lawyer who is going to help everyone retrieve their monies back and damages that Albert has caused each person if you were sued past the 2 year STATUE OF LIMITATION. please e-mail me @ STOP.albertmcdonagh2012@gmail.com. This lawyer is already making plans to contact some of these people about their LEGAL RIGHT to retrieve all and more of their monies from Albert.... HELP BRNG THIS MAN DOWN. He has gone to long scamming the courts and people. I have NO choice but to give a star. Albert would never righfully get any stars. Albert is NOT a ONE star in any way...
