Standard hotel room, decent location

The hotel is in the financial district, which is pretty central. The shower was a little leaky and some of the staff didn't seem too happy to be there.

Very spacious and mostly quite clean.....the washroom was the weak link although all other areas were spotless. We found the staff attentive, knowledgable and professional. The location is ok, but the surrounding area is not very charming and not pleasant to walk around in, nor is there much of a selection of restaurants nearby.

Large Room, Great Location!

I loved my stay at the Albert at Bay! We were in a great location and in walking distance to restaurants, Rideau Mall, Parliament Hill, etc.....The Rooms are very Large, Felt like we had a little appartment! The staff at the front desk were very helpful, as this was our first time in Ottawa. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on going back to this hotel! Thanks!

This 3 star hotel is located in the city centre of Ottawa. It is a short drive away from the Canadian War Museum. The Hotel has a coffee shop and a fitness centre/gym. All 197 rooms are equipped with hairdryer, safe and ironing set.
