awesome..!
Absolutely THE BEST trouble shooter in the region..! Al is just great.! I had a problem with my vehicle that no one could figure out..Al had the problem resolved in no time...I was so impressed..! He's had all my business since and I highly recommend him.
PS...Melissa at the front desk is awesome too..!
They broke my gps and did not honor their word to replace it
They broke my GPS unit and tried to blame me for it, saying I was making up stories. Fact is, I used the GPS to get there because I dont live in Oshawa, and after the repairs were done and I pulled out the GPS from the middle storage compartment (where I ALWAYS store it) - it had been smashed. I immediately went back in and reported the problem. At first, the owner offered to replace the unit by purchasing another one for me. He initally offered me a cheap TomTom unit but I wanted something that would be more comparable to what was destroyed (lifetime traffic, iphone compatible bluetooth, etc). I also offered to leave my damaged GPS with him and he said he didnt need it. He said to call on Monday and let his receptionist know what model I want and that they would order it online for me, using the company credit card. I called and left numerous voice mails and was never called back. He was on vacation for a while but even after returning, I was never called back. Obviously, they did not take this seriously and did not care to make up for their error. A friend of mine who also knows the owner got involved and in the end, they changed their story: they no longer wanted to order a replacement unit for me. This was after being ignored for over a month! But they never had the balls to call me back and resolve this accordingly, as a good company would. Yes it was a misfortune, but I had a perfectly fine GPS that guided me to their shop. It didnt magically break by itself while I was waiting for the repairs to be done! I went there to get repairs done, not lose an extra $180 because my GPS got smashed, and then to be blamed for it. VERY POOR RESOLUTION. CUSTOMER IS NOT #1 AT THIS SHOP. STAY AWAY.
