furnance problems

It was a freezing Saturday morning and our furnace was not working well - not going above 16 degrees. We called Afterglow who was at our house within an hour. Stephen was great at trouble shooting, found the problem and solved it quickly. Afterglow offers efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service, and was very quick to respond to our after-hours call.

I found a great service company for my furnace in Afterglow. We just moved into a home that was 5 years old and last week at -22 degrees we decided to get the furnace cleaned and inspected. Wayne came out and did a thorough job, told us more about the furnace than the home inspector, and spent the time to explain it to us. I dig it. They were great. Highly recommended. Friendly service with a smile. Prompt, courteous, on time, hard workers. I'd recommend them to more friends and family, for sure. Next purchase will be a three stage high efficiency furnace.
