Who buys a vehicle from a place that wants you to make a deal, in principle, before they allow you to test drive the car?

Maybe understandable if a sketchy teen shows up for a joyride but when a mature adult in a suit arrives in a Porsche they already own to look at another one the attitude is frankly insulting.
