The service department is a joke. I bought new set of wheels for my 09 TL I purchased new tires and tire pressure system from here. After waiting 2hrs they told me they couldn't install the wheels on the car since it was aftermarket rims, it requires specific wheel nuts and centre hub rings designed for that rim. Ok make sense but they f@!%!d up all they did was balance the tires and told me to... more
