Here is as much of the conversation between us I can fit: Apparently they do not appreciate their customers.
I received a call from Quinn at 110 pm saying that my tires on rims didn't fit my new car.
I called him back. After saying the tires didn't fit. He asked me if I submitted a complaint this morning. I said yes i did. He asked me why.

I got a great price on winter tires, was treated with great service. I enjoyed a cup of premium coffee in a massage chair if you can believe it? I barely got finished my beverage and my car was ready to go. Then I was told I can bring my car back for free tire rotation. Guys you had me at a cup of coffee. I'm a customer for life now!
