Now I have to recant my previous review of three stars. I had to call the serviceman back to the site to fix the following:
1. Door was not closing fully;
2. I can't lock the lower bolt from the outside, though it works in the inside;
3. The door needs be yanked forward and then back before it can be opened.

I was moving to a new apartment in the neighbourhood and needed to get duplicate keys for my family. Although I had walked by dozens of times I did not know they are locksmiths. Fooled by the "Security" sign.

The guy who made my keys was friendly and efficient. No fuss no muss.
