I'm simply writing a short review for a friend who also had a $10,000 leather coat destroyed by this company. Clearly not a one off situation, looking at all these other reviews, aside from the one written by the firm itself. How is it this company is allowed to stay operating while destroying peoples irreplaceable things? They should be sued out of business.
