Poor in record keeping, worse in customer service

Due to my personal experience, I can say that it is not worthwhile to hire this contractor. Many issues: Discrepant record keeping, bother customers after months, Passing threats to harm consumers instead of working on improving their internal procedures and discipline. I won't recommend anyone to go to this contractor.
