Established in 2004
Founded in Ottawa, Ontario in the fall of 2004, Absolute Comedy quickly became the best spot for stand-up comedy in the Nation's Capital. Three years later, a Toronto location was opened.

Hilarious!
I love this place! Its fun and cheap and a great alternative to your regular movie date. Make sure to buy tickets in advance and a word to the wise - there are no refunds once the tickets are bought!
Hilarious
Absolute Comedy is Absolute-ly perfect for a night out with friends or something different on a date. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the food (for a comedy club) isn't bad either.

My husband and I went to Absolute comedy on a Friday night, and had a very good time. We saw 5 comedians plus the MC. They were all pretty funny in their own rights. As other Comedy clubs serving stand up comedy you never know what you gonna get, some are funnier than others and some flop.
But the venue itself is nice, small and intimate where the comedian is inside the crowd.
The admission price is right too but food is average.

Always a fun night. I prefer this comedy club over Yuk Yuk's. The staff are always professional. The venue is clean and seating arrangement is more comfortable - there are various levels and booths (irst come first serve of course (yukyuks makes you pay to sit at booths).
