Incompetent. Provincial Court of BC awarded us $8118 in damages

Completely incompetent. Cut through main house support and plumbing was not done to code. Provincial Court of BC awarded us $8118 in damages. He has not paid a cent. We tried to Garnish his bank account but the bank we tried only had his credit card accounts. He has been completely unwilling to try to rectify this situation.
