Ordered a book for Christmas for my daughter on December 11th. I STILL do not have it on the 31st and no tracking was provided. I Filed a claim with paypal and they refunded my payment asap.

Do not waste your money or time with this company. The item never arrived, they do nothing to help you get a refund, this has got to be the worst online purchase I ever made and technically I guess you can't call it a purchase since I never received the book!
