Brutal

Terrible. I was a long time customer (over 10 years). Took a brand new shirt in to the Main Street branch, and it came back with a chemical stain. The lady at the store said her manager (at the Burnaby Store) wasn't prepared to take responsibility for it. He wouldn't return my call.
