Line up to get a table and slow service

We had to wait about 10 minutes to get a table, which usually is a good sign that the food is good.
Service was slow, and tables that were seated after us received their food way before us??
I was disappointed with the stir fry. My husband's burger was okay.
Salt shaker has one hole and the pepper has 2...
