Change of Fries
August 28, 2013A & W has recently changed their fries to a thicker version. Not to my liking. Hamburgers are still great!

New A&W thick cut fries are awful

My wife and I often drive-thru this A&W location after soccer games. The burgers are always good, I think recently they've gotten even better. But A&W changed their fries last month to new "thick cut" style and they are gross. Gummy, soggy, oily potato, yuck! The old fries were crispy and delicious.
We love A&W burgers but we have stopped...

no customer service
February 11, 2013bought ice cream that was more of cold milk. Had no choice as McDonald had their machine broken down. Server said that is what they have. Asked if they could replace she said no and wont return money either. First time and last time and A&W.
