attitude over a sucker
While travelling with my two children ages 5 &6 I ordered 2 kids meals. The treats in them were different. One a sucker one a fruit snack. Kids being tired after a long day of travelling they wanted equal treats. When I askd about getting a sucker (.010?) And a fruit snack I had a fruit snack (0.33 @ walmart) thrown at me.when I calmly confronted the manager Wayne, he got more angry at me. He offered head offices phone number which I took. When asked his last name I was told it was none of my business and he never wanted to see me in there again.

Adequate food and service
August 13, 2013Noise level in restaurant fairly loud. Didn't have salad dressing of choice. Burgers standard for A&W. Tabletops could have been cleaner. Staff friendly.

July 27, 2013Stopped at this A&W on route from Lethbridge to Calgary for a quick lunch. We order the Momma combo and 2 Veggie Burger combos. My daughter found a short and curly hair on the veggie burger as she was adding condiments. Returned it and asked for another which the order counter was pleased to do.
