Normally I won't bother to review a hotel's restaurant and bar. Getting a great bed and staff is enough for me, and I usually eat out anyway. Renoir however is worth going to, even if your are not staying at the hotel. The food is pretty tasty.

Staff and management do a super job and the food is excellent. Don't miss the outside terrace it is a great place to sit and enjoy dinner and drinks.
During my stay in the superb Sofitel Montréal le Carré Doré I had dinner in the ‘Renoir’. The food and wine were excellent and the service was outstanding. The staff made you feel home and no request to change a detail of a dish was welcomed with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant if you love fine dining
