Poor Customer Service

I got my windows tinted there (they did a decent job on the windows, I'll give them that) but the customer service was horrible. I bought 3 kits of HIDs from them as well. One kit was the wrong one so I had to go back to exchange it, he gave me the wrong type again! Third time he got it right. However when I went to put in the one of the other kits one of the bulbs didnt work. I went back to tell him about it and he said he didn't warranty the bulbs. For the $15 I saved by going there it wasn't worth the time or headache. I won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
