Poor customer service, expensive, house not clean
Poor customer service, expensive, house not clean
Don't waste your time
They charge a high fee up-front to do the initial clean, which was ok, but then the quality of cleaning goes downhill when they come regularly and are charging a high flat rate. Had problems with quality and cleaners moving things, but owner of business would not take accountability and told us to go somewhere else if we were unhappy. Cleaners not experienced - two 18-yr old girls from suburbs.
Do not recommend: bad bang for buck
They bragg about how nice of a job that they do, but it was not that great, and they were expensive. The person running the office is nice when you're booking appointments, but if you need to cancel or there is a problem she is quite rude. Do not recommend this place
