AJ's advice and support from our initial meeting in Greater Toronto through organizing repairs to the property for sale, liaising with current tenants and a polished marketing program all contributed to a very smooth sale process and a quick settlement at a price above expectations. Throughout, the entire Lamba team displayed the highest level of skill, integrity, and professionalism and earned my respect. Without any reservation, I would recommend Lamba team to anyone considering selling their property. You will not be disappointed as he is the ultimate professional. We had the pleasure of dealing with Justin for the sale of our property in Greater Toronto and couldn't be happier. AJ was recommended to us and lived up to our high expectations, going far beyond the call of duty throughout the process. Lamba Team navigated the delicate process of dealing with existing tenants like a real professional to ensure their cooperation as well as facilitating the necessary repairs to the property. I have known AJ Lamba team for about ten years – during this time, I have engaged the Lamba Realty Group Inc. in the purchase and sale of all my properties, ranging in value from a $200,000 - $2.5 million in Greater Toronto and Mississauga.
Based on my experience with AJ Lamba team, I can state that AJ and his team is by far the most skilled, dedicated and professional real estate agent that I have ever met in Canada. Beyond the “usual stuff” that any real estate agent will do – e.g., displaying on website, posting a property in the local newspaper, producing booklets to show off a property, etc. – AJ Lamba Team have extraordinary ability to negotiate the price on a property, on both the buy and sell side. I have never seen anyone as skilled at trading a home for top dollar as AJ – and, his instincts to negotiate the best price on the buy side are unparalleled. There have been many times that I would have settled for deals less favorable to me than what AJ ultimately achieved.

This is an absolute fraudulent and malicious posting because we have never ever met or dealt with anyone by this name and nor have we ever had anyone with such an experience ever. On behalf of AJ Lamba, the brokerage has never encounter a situation similar to the one stated by the individual known as Parminder on this negative post. We have always left our clients extremely satified throughout the entire process of Buying or Selling an individuals home. After signing with AJ Lamba he is nowhere to be found. I had agents knock on my door asking why my agent wasn't reply back to them because they had serious offers on the table. There were more than 10 agents. After numerous calls he finally answered and scolded at me.
