Service is so bad it's not worth it

Was seated promptly; however, could not get anyone to serve us for over 15 minutes, and when we finally put in a drink order, she never came back with it. We got up and walked out and filed a complaint with the hostess, who just said "oh". No effort to get the manager or rectify the situation.
