January 12, 2012I've been to quite a few yoga studios in the area, and this was definitely the best atmosphere I've come across. The colors and lighting come together to instantly make you feel relaxed the moment you walk through the door. I tried the 'Core' session with Lyndsay- she took the time to ask if anyone had any muscles they wanted to focus on before we began and she was very attentive if we needed... more

November 15, 2011108 Yoga is intimate and welcoming, offering a variety of yoga and other classes and workshops such as Qi Gong and the A Life Worth Living series. The teachers are knowledgeable, professional and caring, especially the studio's owner Dorothy. I highly recommend checking it out.
