Certified?

I went in after hearing good things about their stylists from a girl from work. Not so much.. I was comfortable to begin with, until the really young looking girl coloring my hair was talking saying something about when she graduates, so was a little confused. She had an appointment show up while she was still doing my hair and began noticeably rushing. Needless to say to end off the experience, my formerly blonde seeking a golden blonde hair color was an aweful ashy Green color. To top this off, my hair was past the middle of my back for length, i asked for 3 inches off, she cut over 6 inches off. The length was barely past my shoulders. So great, I had short greenish blonde hair, and to top it off there were missed dark roots. Upon returning and asking for the manager, there was her and her supervisor, and the end result was i had to allow her to attempt to fix my hair. This whole horrible experience was hardly worth the $200 and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you request the 'master' stylists.
