Will Never go there AGAIN!

Took my boyfriend to get his hair cut, left him there and went to browse at the mall. Came back to find the girl flirting with him, Half her boobs hanging everywhere and telling him she needs a date! I was LIVID! cant even send your boyfriend for a haircut there, cause you never know what these girls up are too. What a disgrace, they need to respect themselves and others. I guess they think That maybe if They hang ther boobs everywhere they will get bigger tips????? Haircut completly sucked too, guess she was too busy fliriting. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone!!!!!

Never again will I be ripped off again

I dont know why I did this to myself. I should have known from my first experience. I went in and requested a colour. I had the picture and everything. Came out great. A few days later I go to wash my hair and the colour comes out! I went back in and they made excuses after excuses telling me I would have to pay for a 35 toner every two weeks! I was livid. THEN i was told that the next time they were going to charge me 300 to do my hair! This is ALL true.It was bad enought that I spend over 200 for nothing. Then I go to buy a product the other day I was in a rush and grabbed something but when I got home and tried it it fried my hair. They wouldnt return it THOUGH the Matrix website STATES the product is refundable if its bought in a SALON! Never again will I be a sucker. And the person that stated that they and there friends go for years sounds a lot like a zeeba rep. The place is dead all the time.

Zeeba sux!! they have the worst customer service...if their stylist makes a mistake and re-does ur hair they charge u for both jobs...and if u want to talk to a manager or supervisor...no one calls u back!!

Sorry chey but to most people a free cup of coffee doesn't make for good customer service. I'm pretty sure every salon these days offers you coffee. I was actually referring to the job done by the stylist and how the salon handled the problem. As for your remark about stubborn customers, perhaps u didnt understand or it got lost in translation. But let me just clarify...I went in and asked the stylist if she was able to hilight my hair the color I asked for...she said yes she could do it...she proceeded to do it and when she finished she sed it looked horrible and she couldnt let me leave the salon looking like that and instead she would just dye it all one color. I said fine altho I was pretty upset seeing as how Id just spent a few hours in there. Anyway she dyed it all one color and when I went to go pay the reception (the stylist - Dominique conveniently stepped out) was super rude and charged me for the highlights that DIDN'T turn out plus they charged me for the all over color. It was late and I had been in there 5 hours so I just paid it and left...when I called back and spoke to Dominique she sed there was nothing she could do except credit me for the toner ($30) ...a couple weeks later when I went to use the credit ...no record of a credit and Dominique now works at Chatters. I asked if a manager could call me back as I felt totally ripped off ..and to this date (a year later) no one has ever called me back. I would rather buy my own coffee for $2 then settle for c@!%!y service thank you.
