Unbelievably bad
These are the things that went wrong:
- A/C did not work in limo
- wrong limo colour
- wrong limo decorations
- the driver did not know how to get to 4 of the 5 locations
- throughout the day, the driver continually asked for money that was prepaid
- the radio would not turn on each time we entered the limo until we told the driver about it, and each time he pressed some button to make it work
I felt that the money paid was a complete waste and the experience was considerably worse than it would have been if we just had our families drive us.
Yorkville Limo ruined my wedding night.
We arranged a pickup at after our reception, called for the pickup and was told that no one was comming for us. i was upset to say the least, and had to make other arrangements to get home. Yorkville called me back later saying that they will now be sending someone but they will be late. having already made arrangements i left having to inconvenience a guest to bum a ride with them.
since then, Yorkville is still trying to bill me for a service that they did not provide!
if you are thinking of booking with YL, i strongly advise you to reconsider, you probably do not want the added stress of dealing with them on your special day!
