Not the best location down town, but its clean, cheap and friendly!

Neighbourhood gym & more

The downtown Y isn't the most modern or flashiest gym in town, but it's friendly and I support their family-positive and community-positive philosophy. The pool feels like it has less chlorine than the Canada Games Pool, which is nice. They offer a variety of great fitness classes.
