I bought a brand new Honda Civic from this dealership. Was NEVER given the spare key or valet key! The salesman quit, probably knowing what a scumbag company he worked for. Then the manager told me I'd have to buy the keys because he couldn't find them and I had no proof that I was never given the keys in the first place. What a bunch of idiots. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE! Do NOT buy anything from this gong show. I was ripped off by these people and don't want anyone else to be. Stay clear of Yellowhead Honda, they did the deposit thing on me as well.

Extremely untrust worthy. Took a deposit, stating they would give it back. They would not give it back. They instead offered lawn mowers. Buyer beware.
