Everytime I call their dispatch I get rude and impatient responses to valid questions. Terrible customer service. I left my phone in one of their taxi's. I believe that a lot of people have issues with yellowcab due to dispatch service and missing their yellowcab. One good way to avoid problems is to download the yellowcab Vancouver app which shows you exactly where your taxi is and also avoids talking to annoying dispatchers. I use the yellowcab app service daily and am truly amazed with it.

We call a cab because were running late and the m@!%!**#~@#r asks us to pay him upfront! And wouldnt move an inch till the debit machine was returned to him.
