great attention to detail
I had my wedding on board one of these fabulous yachts and they spent a lot of time with me, and everything was put in writing and the follow through was even greater than I anticipated...it was a beautiful ceremony in the island lagoons, the food was delicious, and the staff super friendly. Perfect
Customer Service? Look Elsewhere.
They do have very nice boats, but do not be tricked into booking with them just because of this. They have terrible management and organization within the company. They do not communicate with you even if you agree upon something multiple times. Head lady claimed it was her 'day off' all of a sudden on the day of our event.

I held my 40th birthday party on Yankee Lady IV in Toronto Harbour and had the best time. Great food and music on a beautiful boat!
I now look forward to getting married there this summer...so far the service I have gotten in having all my questions asked has...
