Dealing with U-Haul has been HELL. DO NOT USE U-HAUL. Clean place BUT when you move out and they owe you a refund...good luck. You have to constantly call and wait months. If you leave messages they do not return calls.
Here's a tip! Call your credit card company or bank (if debit) and they can reverse charges paid to them back to you. They can go back as far as 90 days to reverse payments!

Hands down the best storage place I've ever used. Spectacular rate.
Reasonably fast sign up in the office, and very friendly. Facility is spotless, all the equipment (elevators and carts) works.
