Do not get involved with Wynn!
I lived in one of Wynn's Bloor & Spadina apartments for a year. Wynn is a negligent company that completely disregards the most basic rights of its tenants. Even if you are a friendly and cooperative person, you will be treated very badly, to the point of abuse.
The receptionist at the Wynn Dupont office is cruel, incompetent, and abusive to clients. She purposefully is uncooperative in order to deflect simple questions and requests. I do not know why she acts this way; it is completely dehumanizing.
They charge outrageous fees (such as a $500 fee for subletting paperwork, a process that should have taken ten minutes, but instead took 2 hours because of the Dupont secretary's incompetence and rudeness) that are completely undeserved given the quality of service - or lack thereof. They make every process as difficult as possible for you.
They are only still in business because of their locations. Do not get involved with Wynn, their locations are not worth the pain of dealing with the company itself.
According to several other tenants of Wynn and multiple online reviews, my horrible experience is the norm. If you doubt the extremity of my review, please look on Yelp for further reviews to back up my claims. While they also may seem extreme, please believe that they are likely true. Wynn is a living nightmare. I've heard them described as "slumlords," and that is definitely the case.

If I could give a negative star I would.
Their management is horrible and they treat residents very poorly. And discriminate.
I don't know how they can get away with certain things. They raise the rent but does not keep the place clean or at least give it an upgrade.
Place stinks like wet dog.
What you see in pictures must have taken 10-20 years ago, trust me .. What you see in pictures is not...

Why can't I give them a zero.
By far the worst property management firm in Toronto. I have had the extreme displeasure of living in three of their properties in Parkdale and all have been horrific.
Let me give you some quotes from some of letters I received (and the entire building) from the supers:
"Please do not let your dog's urinate in the hallway. Try not to spill your drinks also."

I will never again rent from Wynn, and I make sure to tell anyone I know who is looking for an apartment to stay away from their buildings.
I had a mediocre experience living in their building on 85 wellesley st. E for the first year that I was there. I never had hot water. My floor was damaged and never fixed. The hallways were never cleaned, the Superintendant was a joke; she never did...
