"The humble sausage grows up" at this budget-friendly King Wester with "Bavarian beer-hall decor"; the "variety" of "terrific" wursts (including chicken and vegetarian offerings) plus a "broad selection" of brews prompt devotees to ask "does life get any better?"

This place did not disappoint. Food, service, and beer were amazing! There were select beers for $5.

The world can be divided into two groups of people: those who say "yay" to a beer hall and those who say "nay." For those who are in the "yay" category, Wvrst is an informal way to have a lot of fun (and potentially a lot of beer). With communal tables encouraging friendly banter, this King Street located, Munich-style beer hall specializes in all-natural sausage (as you may have guessed from... more

The delightful eatery inspired by the humble nature of German beer halls, WVRST is a beer and sausage place that's already making waves with foodies in the city. The interiors sport a cutting edge decor with a sleek wooden bar and great use of textures on walls. The large, bare wooden benches and tables meant for communal dining provide a sharp contrast to the interiors and are the primary... more
