Very poor service!

This dealer is the worst one I ever dealt with. Please do not support this dealership! They are rude, obnoxious and have no idea what customer service is about. I scheduled a meeting with the service manager December 14 for December 15 at 9am to go over issues I had suffered with the customer service agent and the manager was not even there to meet me? Worst yet he schedules the customer service agent that was rude and obnoxious to serve me again, at that point the parts manager intercepted and cashier were professional and took my Camry in. When the service manager calls me back to of course tell me nothing is wrong with my tires but that there was a leak in the front left tire, he does not even apologize for not being present at our morning meeting. I asked him about the 9am appointment and he indicates he had a meeting and did not need to offer an apology.
I have submitted a formal complaint to Toyota but I do not believe anything will come from it since I was told it was a franchise although I believe Toyota forgot that there logo is represented at this dealer. My wife and I were planning on purchasing a new Camry and a Rav4, but that will not happen now. My money will go to Mazda where the only reason we ever went somewhere else was because their new models were not very comfortable for tall people, I hope this has changed.
