Don't honour gift receipts

Just went their tonight for dinner. Had a $50 gift receipt and they would not honour it because of a change in ownership.
Place was the emptiest that I have ever seen this restaurant. No wonder they are empty. Told them that most places want repeat customers so the continue to honour gift certs & the bad will by not...

Service was terrible
May 01, 2014I go to this restaurant with my friends pretty much every other weekend for get togethers, we went there tonight and found that some of the sashimi were not as fresh as before, some even slimy so we decided not to eat those (only 5or6 pieces). Has improved but food service slow and erratic
