Unethical and dishonest :(
I was very disappointed with the service I received from West Coast TV repairs. I was initially convinced over the phone by the owner that it would be a great idea to have my television repaired as it would be done at a low cost and within a day. Once they got a hold of my television, they kept delaying day after day, telling me the parts are on order. Approximately one month after they had taken my 50" plasma television. I was told that the TV is garbage and irreparable so they will do me a favour and throw it out for me. I told them that I want my television back. I am still waiting to get the TV back as the business owner is never at the shop because it's a "mobile" business. I had requested that the TV be delivered to my residence but I was told that it would be a waste of time and gas for the business. I have my suspicions as to what has happened but I am waiting to get my television back before contacting authorities and taking civil action. I can only assume that the 5 star ratings and the few overwhelmingly positive comments could only have been made by the business owner or his friends.
Excellent Service
I heard about westcoast tv through a family friend and I was very pleased with the service i received from West Coast TV. Will do business with them again .

I recommened WESTCOAST TV to all, I recieved great service. Very professional from the beginning to the end.
