Walk in and right away someone offered me some help. I asked for couple of sheets and he took me right on over. I picked up some Baltic birch and the prices were very good.

The man that works here belittled me and got angry when I mentioned that I was a student. I had come into the store as a paying customer looking for a slab of wood with a live edge, but as soon as he learned I was a student he humiliated me by loudly announcing that no, he didn't have any samples, in a mocking voice.
