I had a generally pleasant experience here
October 20, 2011I found my dream dress and bought it at this store. I had a really good consultant. Her name was Lina and she picked out my dress for me and was always very patient and nice when I would "drop by" on random occasions to try the sample on after I had ordered the dress in my size. Horrible place, horrible salespeople
August 22, 2011I have never had a worse experience in my life. I just went to pick up my bridesmaids dress and it did not fit at all. I asked for a solution and they basically told me too bad and there was nothing they could do. They event blatantly walked away from my mom and I and pretended that we did not exist. Then miraculously 2 days later they said they could fly me in a dress that would cost another... more

Horrible experience
August 06, 2011I went to Windsor bridal and bought a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding, i had to rush order it for a cost of an extra 40 dollars and they told me it would be in on july 22nd. Not only did it come in 3 weeks late they would not wave the rush order fee and claimed it was my fault because no one at their store would ever guarantee a day for a dress to come in.
