I'm really surprised by the reviews I've seen here because my experience at Wietzes has always been great. I had a maintenance done on my car there last week and it was on time and as quoted. I was offered coffee and fruit in the customer lounge and I spent an enjoyable hour reading my book in a sunny corner by the window while I waited. How horrible! I was quoted over $1000 for new parts (and labor) because apparently things ceased to work on my car. I got suspicious and went to another dealership (the car being only 2 years old and in great condition) and got told that NOTHING was wrong, everything was in perfect working order, and that whoever said anything needs replacing was completely mistaken! I will never come back to... more

We had left a $500 deposit for a Toyota Matrix two weeks ago in December. Long story short we can no longer afford the monthly payment due to personal events in the last two weeks. Went back spoke the sales girl who said it was refundable and the general manager who will now NOT RETURN OUR DEPOSIT. Their reason was that they could have sold it someome else in the two week period. Will be filing... more
