Always Friendly
Always friendly and service oriented. Well trained staff who obviously care about the animals. Jeff Hurd presents a knowledgeable, confident, caring person and has an obvious affinity for small bred dogs. Care and attention to detail in all aspects of treatment.

I've never had a bad experience at Whitby Animal Hospital. All of the vets and staff here are wonderful, and really enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this clinic to all pet owners!
After hours clinic
Had to use this clinic as my dog had something stuck in his throat and was agitated. Veterinarian himself was good so that is the main thing. However, the receptionists were terrible. Not the slightest hint of a smile or reassurance to a concerned pet owner. Assistants were just ok. There was a lot of waiting even though they did not appear to be busy. It was a stressful wait since my dog was very agitated and there was no moral support. In the end, my dog was ok but I did not like the overall experience. Vet and support staff smelled of nicotine. Just did not seem like a very professional environment.
