The worst service I have experienced in years. After 1.5 hours and my threats to leave finally food arrived. The food was cold anyway. Stay away from this place.

I agree this is probably the worst restuarant in Victoria. They hike up the prices in the summer as they don't care as it is filled with tourist. The local menu is a joke. I can't see this place surviving much longer as their bills are piling up and the food is unacceptable even for my dog.

Disgusting .... McDonald's is better! The food was awful. Overpriced. A tourist trap. There were 5 of us dining. It wasn't very busy and it took forever to get some service. Our food came out at different times and some had to be reheated again. The staff were too engaged in a conversation at the bar to care. I was very disappointed and felt embarrassed to have chosen this place to eat!

There are a lot of good and bad comments I've heard/read about this establishment. Due to a friend's invitation, I visited Wharfside for a dinner. Lobster cost $49, Dungeness Crab was $44, and the Special seafood platter was $35 which was what I ordered.
