Ordered flowers for a birthday. They were supposed to be delivered at 6pm as stated on their delivery policy on their website. The flowers showed up at 12:30 and had to be left outside. Very unreliable.

What you see is NOT what you get.

Flowers were ordered online for the in-law's anniversary and what showed up was a pathetic arrangement of flowers resembling something worse than what you'd pick up at your local 7-11. The flowers wouldn't be a problem if we paid $25 for them but unfortunately we paid close to 4x that amount. Never ordering from this florist again.

Westdale Florists delivered flowers to me at 9pm on Valentines day, in most cases this would be unacceptable, EVEN for valentines day! if you can't handle surplus of deliveries and deliver them at a reasonable time then why would you take so many orders?
