Excellent Service

I visited West Coast Mazda to look into purchasing a vehicle they had in stock. My dealings with their staff from start to finish was professional and exemplary every step of the way. I put a great deal of effort into researching which vehicle suited my needs and visited numerous dealerships in the Vancouver area only to be mistreated and disappointed. None of that occured during my dealings with West Coast Mazda. I was treated fairly and respectfully and was given an honest price on a vehicle I was looking for. The sales staff, financing staff and service staff were all clear professionals in their work and I could not have asked for more. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase and completely comfortable with the transaction. They provided assistance throughout every step of the purchase to make sure that they stood behind their reputation and that they are willing to work for their customer base. I have not been able to deal with this level of satisfaction in automotive sales in Vancouver. West Coast Mazda sets the standard in which all other dealerships should follow.
