Disappointing
Unfortunately, it seems that the practice is beyond the capacity for the professional staff to respond to patients in a timely manner. My family experienced, long wait times in the office to be seen for appointments, long wait times for the dentist to check teeth, last minute rescheduling of appointments, two month wait time to get an appointment for cavities to be filled and delayed responses to emails requesting billing information. In addition to the wait times, the reception that we received was rude at times. We have moved to another dental clinic.
Seems nice, but ...
From this dentist's website, which is really lacking, it seems like it will be a nice spa like atmosphere, but really, you're still going to the dentist, and I had some pain after going here from my anaesthetics. I'm going to look into a dentist that offers painless dentistry instead, or even sedation dentistry. I know such a thing exists in Calgary somewhere.
great neighbourhood dentist
I found out about this clinic because the dentist also works in Eau Claire. I really liked the clinic, it was soothing and didn't feel like a dentist's office. I'll have to give 3 stars only because they quoted quite high for a plastic retainer I was looking at getting, to protect against grinding. I had a quote from my previous dentist as well, which I ended up going with. Maybe just my experience.

February 12, 2013The administratvie assistants were very friendly on the phone when booking the appointment and when we were there they were also very friendly. The rest of the visit however was not what I was hoping for, particularly due to an extended wait time.

February 12, 2013Always a great experience. Minus the previous associate dentist who was there and the poor quality of work they did. Dr. Wakeford is amazing and informative and willing to go above and beyond to fix any problems, new or previous.
