Very unpleasant experience

I hI have a muscle tear which prevents me from jogging or walking fast. I had two appointments at this place and will never come back.
1. First was “doctor’s evaluation”. Basically the guy didn’t offer any tests and didn’t say anything I didn’t already know just by googling the subject on the internet for 10 minutes. He, of course changed me for a visit. The only thing he said that I had to see their therapist, which I already knew. I can probably do a better job as a doctor at this place after making a 15 minutes research.
2. My second appointment was 10 days later at 7 in the morning. They didn’t do any courtesy call whatsoever and I forgot about the appointment. I remember about it after I came to work at exactly 7am, but 40 km away.
3. My next communication with them was a $50 bill in my mail for missed appointment.
4. I was hoping to connect to their manager, but his phone number is a secret as is his email address.

Bottom line: I spend $140 and at least 2 hours of my time for nothing.
